Autumn 2014, MHH acted as the main contractor for this Taylor Wimpey project. The works comprised of tree protection, pruning and felling, creation of new access roads, demolition of six storey accommodation blocks and associated ancillary faculties including laboratories, kitchens, greenhouses.  

The scope of the project extended to include soil stripping, on site crushing operations, removal of material off site, grubbing foundations out, and regrading the site. The developer then created a valuable land store for future residential uses in this highly sought after area.
