In May 2016 we completed a sympathetic strip out, demolition and refurb to retain architectural and heritage features of these turn of the century redundant buildings. These included, Craftsmen works, factories and the world renowned Niche nightclub. The project provided valuable space for the redevelopment of this highly sought after urban area. The project resulted in an exciting new student and foodie orientated area of Sheffield.
